Jewellery making classes 2024
Jewellery making classes are held in my studio in Narberth, Pembrokeshire where you can create your own individual hand made jewellery using sheet metal & sawing, filing, polishing, stone setting and many more techniques.
If you always wanted to have a go and just need some basic jewellery making skills or to build on the skills you have or even hang out with other jewellery makers?
Classes are run in an organic manner the group is made up from a mixture of new people and people who have been before - some of them for a while, I feel this nurtures everyone allowing for a cross fertilisation of ideas and techniques.

Friday Classes

In 4 weekly sessions you can get on with skill building, enjoying making jewellery with more time and less pressure to get things finished, working at your own pace with other like minded jewellers.
We start at 10am - studio opens 10 mins before - end 3pm, lunch break starts 1pm.

No Friday classes in July, Aug, Sept

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
N.B. Cancellations - If for any reason you are unable to come up to 2 weeks before i can offer a refund after that no refund is available, thank you for your understanding.
Saturday Classes

These are one-off days, you may like to come to more than one, to build on your skills or to create a more complex piece of jewellery or just for fun and to be with other jewellery minded people.
We start at 10 end 3pm, lunch break starts 1pm.

May 11th - the focus is on sea-glass though its not a ‘have to’ you can work in metal alone.
June 15th - with the theme of transformation so bring along all those single earrings and broken bits of jewellery and lets see what we can create with them.
During July & August I’m offering a 2 hour ring making class for min 2 people @ £80 each plus any silver you use.
October 26th - with the theme of Sea-glass setting.
November 16th- Christmas gift making for yourself or friends - you could give them a voucher to come and make their own jewellery.

costs are per session, this includes the use of all tools and equipment, reasonable use of brass and copper, refreshments of fresh coffee, tea, herb teas, dates & chocolate.

How the days look
Start at 10am - studio opens 10 mins before - until 3pm - lunch break starts at 1pm
I provide all refreshments - dark chocolate and dates, biscuits, fresh coffee, teas, herb teas plus all the tools and equipment you need.
Also included is reasonable use of brass and copper.
The only extra is the silver you use, for example a 10mm wide 1mm thick eco-silver ring of average size is approx £10
